THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve of the Kincardine Community Environment Committee’s request to apply for the Bruce Power funding; AND FURTHER THAT Council is supportive of the Kincardine Community Environment Committee’s goal of creating a community compost program for residents of the Municipality of Kincardine; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct staff submit the funding application; AND FURTHER THAT this be considered as a Matters Arising.
