THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (a Physician Recruitment Agreement) and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for the purpose (a Physician Recruitment Agreement), pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.
