THAT the minutes of the C O W meeting held on January 24, 2022, January 26, 2022 and February 2, 2022 be adopted as printed.

THAT the Clerk put a motion approving the Hybrid Meeting Safety Plan presented in Report Legislative Services 2022 – 03 on the February 14, 2022 Council agenda; ​ ​ AND FURTHER THAT Council continue to meet electronically until the Council Chamber upgrades for hybrid meetings are complete. ​

That the Clerk put the draft Election Sign By-law and amendments to By-law 2003-136 the “Sign By-law” as outlined in Report Legislative Service 2022 -04,on the February 14, 2022 Council agenda for consideration. ​

THAT Committee of the Whole direct the Clerk to put a motion on the February 14th, 2022 agenda regarding incentives for signing medical students and physicians completing their residency as per Report Strategic Initiatives 2022-02.​

THAT Committee of the Whole direct the Clerk to put a motion on the February 14 th, 2022 agenda regarding provincial support for staffing shortages as per Report Strategic Initiatives 2022-02. ​

THAT Committee of the Whole direct the Clerk to put a motion on the February 14 th, 2022 agenda regarding amendments to the Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee Terms of Reference as per Report Strategic Initiatives 2022-02. ​

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend the Clerk put a By-law authorizing the MOU with Kincardine Beach Volleyball Association as presented in Report Parks Facilities 2022-04 on the Council agenda for consideration as a Matters Arising. ​
