THAT Council approve GG.6.6 Workplace Harassment Prevention Policy as presented.

THAT Council approve GG.6.7 Workplace Violence Prevention Policy as presented.

THAT the “Davey Municipal Drain Maintenance (2022) By-law” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2022 - 140.

THAT the “Kincardine- Kinloss Municipal Drain Maintenance (2022) By-law” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2022 - 141.

THAT the “ Gazebo and Gate Post (Tiverton Agricultural Society) Agreement By-law ” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2022 - 142.

THAT the “Saddle Horse Ring (Tiverton Agricultural Society) Operating Agreement By-law” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2022 - 143.

THAT Council move into Committee of the Whole and upon completion return to Council.

THAT Council provide direction to the County of Bruce Approval Authority to approve the Draft Plan of Subdivision S-2021-016 in accordance with the Draft Plan and Conditions of Draft Approval as presented.

THAT the “Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2003-25, INVERHURON LOT 31 VICTORIA E PLAN 210 PT LOTS 59 AND 60;RP 3R8687 PART 3 (Tiverton Village) (5046373 Ontario Inc.) By-law” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2022 - 144.

THAT Council apply all Parkland Dedication fees as applicable to the subject lands outlined in Report Development Services. 2022-27, in accordance with the Parkland Dedication By-law 2014-058.

THAT Council approve that an application for a minor variance is permitted under Section 45 (1.4) of the Planning Act for the property located at 19 Wood St (Pt of Lot 36 Part 2) Inverhuron as outlined in Report Development Services-2022-28.

THAT Council Council approve the updated Terms of Reference for the Kincardine Community Environment Committee as per Report Environmental Services-2022-12.

THAT Council direct staff to include the Queen Street reconstruction in the 2023 capital budget; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct staff to initiate a public competitive Request For Tender (RFT) process in the Fall of 2022 and in accordance with Procurement Policy GG.2.17

THAT Council direct staff include $70,000 for the purchase and installation of emergency vehicle pre-emption equipment for all Hwy 21 signaled intersections in the 2023 Municipal Budget.

THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (legal matter) and personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Chief Administrative Officer Recruitment), pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.

THAT the By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine of Monday, August 8, 2022 be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2022 - 145.

THAT this Council adjourn at 7:59 p.m.
