THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council receive report Strategic Initiatives-2021-01 for information purposes; AND FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council direct the Community Economic Development Committee to review the current Community Improvement Plan and provide recommendations to Council on the priority areas of the CIP; AND FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that a Community Improvement Plan be considered as part of the 2022 budget deliberations, with a $50,000 budget to hire a consultant to complete the CIP; AND FURTHER THAT this be considered as a Matters Arising.
