THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (Natural Gas Supply and Municipal Act Bonusing re: Physician Recruitment), personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Human Resources Matters: Director of Community Services and Transition of CAO duties) and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board (Natural Gas Supply) pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.
