THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council amend By-law 2018-92 for an extension of one (1) year for the purposes of the management of the Bluewater Trailer Park and that the expiry be October 21, 2024, with an annual CPI adjustment. And further, that Staff be directed to facilitate a community engagement by Q4 2023.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council amend the agreement between the former Village of Tiverton and the Tiverton Knox Presbyterian Church, dated June 24, 1975, to permit the Church to have the first right of refusal for purchasing Part 4 3R 2317; AND FURTHER THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to enter into the amended agreement with the Tiverton Knox Presbyterian Church; AND FURTHER THAT Council exempt this potential purchase by Tiverton Knox Presbyterian Church of Part Lot 4 from the Disposition of Land By-law No. 2008-141.
