THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Human Resources Matter), pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion. 3.2 Matters Arising from Closed Meeting Mayor Glover reported that Council went into Closed meeting for the purpose of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Human Resources Matter). Council provided direction to staff to bring a by-law appointing a Director of Community Services to the October 4, 2021 meeting. 4.
