THAT Staff to work with the existing leasee at the Underwood Community Centre to continue to provide a service for the local community with the amenities currently available, while ensuring the facility continues to be available for additional community usages when required. AND FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council direct Staff to enter into discussions with the leasee to develop a long-term agreement for the leasee’s on-going service.
