WHEREAS Resolution 11/15/21-03 repealed the existing Policy GG.2.17 and replaced it with the updated Procurement Policy No. GG.2.17 upon completion of training of staff and Council as per report Financial Services 2021-02; AND WHEREAS Council and Staff have now completed the training regarding the new Procurement Policy No. GG.2.17 approved by the above noted Resolution; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council direct Staff to implement the new Procurement Policy No. GG.2.17 for procurement going forward.
