THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of education or training of the members of Council (Intact Insurance presentation on Municipal Insurance) as part of Council's external partner orientation, pursuant to Section 239 (3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.
