Council Meeting

THAT the minutes of the Council meetings held on November 4, 2019 and November 13, 2019 (Council and Public Meeting) be adopted as printed.

THAT Council approve the Accessibility Annual Public Status Update 2019 including Catalogue of Issues per Report No. Clerk's 2019-88.

THAT the “ Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2018 - 2022 Amendment (1) By-law ” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2019 - 150.

THAT Council move into Committee of the Whole and upon completion return to Council.

THAT Council approve the recommendations contained in the consent agenda dated Monday, November 18, 2019 and direct staff to proceed with all necessary administrative actions.

THAT the “Kincardine Beach Pavilion Operating Agreement By-law” be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2019 - 151.

THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering labour relations and employee negotiations (employee negotiations) pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended ; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.

THAT the By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine of November 18, 2019 be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2019 - 152.

THAT this Council adjourn at 6:15 p.m.
