That the Nuclear Advisory Ad-Hoc Committee move into closed session pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended for the purpose of considering: 1. The Minutes of the July 13, 2026 Closed Meeting; 2. A trade secret, or scientific, technical, commercial, financial, or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the Municipality or Local Board, which if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, groups of persons or organization (Communications and Public Relations re Nuclear Strategy); and That the Committee return to regular open session upon completion.
