That the Primary Healthcare Ad-Hoc Committee recommend to Council, to direct Staff to develop a Terms of Reference for a Committee of Council to recommend solutions for the short term goal to accommodate necessary doctors and longer term goal to develop recommendations for the Municipality of Kincardine's role in the provisions of the Healthcare Plan.
