THAT the Kincardine Police Services Board adopt the minutes of the June 12, 2019 meeting as presented.

WHEREAS the Alcohol Risk Management Policy GG.1.6 (ARMP) designates permitted outdoor areas where alcohol may be consumed or sold; AND WHEREAS the Tiverton Agricultural Society has requested an exemption to the ARMP to allow for the sales and consumption of alcohol in the outdoor area north of the Lion's Hall at 61 Ross Street on September 20, 2019 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Kincardine Police Services Board recommend the approval of Tiverton Agricultural Society's request for an exemption to the ARMP GG.1.6 Section 1.2.
