THAT Heritage Kincardine contact the donor of the architectural drawings of 880 Huron Terrace to let them know that the Municipality recommends that they be donated to the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre archives to ensure they are preserved in an appropriate archival manner; AND FURTHER THAT if the donor has no objections, Heritage Kincardine recommend that the drawings be donated as per above.
