Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee

THAT the AD-HOC Physician Recruitment Committee approve the following addition to the Agenda: i) 5.1 – Closed Meeting – THAT the AD-HOC Physician Recruitment Committee move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for the purpose (FHO (Family Health Organization) lease agreement with the Municipality of Kincardine) pursuant to section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; AND FURTHER THAT the Committee return to regular open meeting upon completion. ii) 5.2 – Matters Arising from Closed Meeting

THAT the Physician Recruitment Committee adopt the minutes of the meeting held July 15th 2021 as presented.

THAT the AD-HOC Physician Recruitment Committee move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for the purpose (FHO (Family Health Organization) lease agreement with the Municipality of Kincardine) pursuant to section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; AND FURTHER THAT the Committee return to regular open meeting upon completion.

THAT the Physician Recruitment Committee adjourn.
