THAT the Heritage Kincardine Committee adopt the minutes of the meeting of April 26, 2022 as presented.

THAT the Heritage Kincardine Committee prepare a letter of welcome to new property owners, when it can be determined that they have purchased a designated home; AND FURTHER THAT the letter provide greetings and an introduction from the Committee, a copy of the heritage designation by-law for the property, the process to use should they request alterations to the designated items, and information on the heritage plaque program.
