Committee of the Whole - 2nd Meeting of Month

THAT the following items be add added to the Committee of the Whole Agenda: 1) 7.3 a) CT Scanner Update - Delegation from Dr. Gary Gurbin and Dr. Raymond Yee; 2) 7.3 b) Discussion on Motion regarding CT Scanner from Councillor Couture.

THAT the minutes of the C O W meetings held on January 29, 2021 and February 1, 2021 be adopted as printed.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council accept recommendation as set out in report and consider as Matters Arising from Committee of the Whole.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine appoint Councillor Couture to the Business Improvement Area Board, the Community Economic Development Committee, the Regional Liaison Committee for Nuclear Economic Development and Innovation and as Policy Chair for Economic Development and Tourism; AND FURTHER THAT Councillor Fitzsimmons be appointed to Building Policy Chair and Planning Policy Chair; AND FURTHER THAT Councillor Cuyler be appointed as Environmental Services Policy Chair; AND FURTHER THAT the number of Council members on the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee and the Kincardine Community Environment Committee be reduced to one and be replaced with a public member.

THAT the hour of automatic adjournment be extended to the end of tonight's business.

THAT the COW recommend that Council consider the motion by Councillor Couture as amended regarding the CT Scanner. Yes (6) Bill Stewart, Dave Cuyler, Doug Kennedy, Maureen Couture, Randy Roppel, and Anne Eadie

THAT the CAO approach the Board of Directors for South Bruce Grey Health Centre and the Kincardine Hospital Foundation to provide a delegation to Council on February 17, 2021 regarding the CT Scanner. Yes (5) Randy Roppel, Maureen Couture, Dave Cuyler, Doug Kennedy, and Bill Stewart No (1) Anne Eadie
