Council Meeting

THAT the minutes of the Council meetings held on June 17, 2019 and June 26, 2019 be adopted as printed.

THAT Council move into Committee of the Whole and upon completion return to Council.

THAT Council approve the recommendations contained in the consent agenda dated Wednesday, July 3, 2019 and direct staff to proceed with all necessary administrative actions.

THAT Council instruct Staff to advise the County that the Municipality of Kincardine will participate in the County-led, joint Community Safety & Well-being Planning initiative; AND FURTHER THAT Staff is instructed to report back to Council regarding project timelines and a funding plan for the Municipality’s contribution to the project.

THAT Sharon Chambers, Chief Administrative Officer, be appointed Acting Clerk, when it is necessary for the Clerk to leave the meeting, for the purpose of taking minutes for July 03, 2019 Council open and closed meetings.

THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (legal matter) and personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Chief Administrative Officer Performance Review), pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.

THAT the By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine of July 3, 2019 be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2019 - 092.

THAT this Council adjourn at 7:26 p.m.
