Kincardine BIA

THAT the agenda be amended to include the Market in the Park MOU under item 8.4 and concerns about downtown parking lot be added under 6.2.

That the minutes of the January 16, 2024, meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted, as presented.

THAT the Board engage it's members at the March 5th breakfast meeting to have a further discussion on paid parking at the beach and a 3 hour parking limit on Queen Street between 9am-5pm everyday between Durham Market Square South to Broadway to gather more feedback.

THAT the Board direct the DDM to review the Municipal memorial bench policy; AND Further that the DDM draft a letter to individuals or families that request BIA memorial benches or chairs.

THAT the Board direct the DDM to not pursue the gift card options at this time as the upfront costs are substantial; AND FURTHER THAT the BIA continue with the sales of BIA bucks.

THAT the Board accept the draft governance policy, with revisions as discussed.

THAT the Board establish a subcommittee to review the Quin Plaza Parkette; And further that the Board direct the DDM to look into other communities BIA agreements with private property owners.

THAT the Board direct the DDM to execute the Memorandum of Understanding for the Market in the Park.

That the Accounts for Payment be accepted as prepared and presented.

That the Kincardine BIA Board of Management adjourn at 10:23am.
