THAT the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee adopt the minutes of September 7, 2021 as presented.

THAT the Arts, Culture & Heritage Committee commit to provide a level of funding (to be determined) to support and implement an Indigenous Art Installation within the Municipality of Kincardine; AND FURTHER, should an Ad-Hoc Committee be formed that Jackie Arnold be appointed from the Arts, Culture & Heritage Committee as liaison, with Michael Yun being appointed as back-up.
