THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve the request from Development Services to proceed with a 2023 pre-budget approval to implement Cloudpermit for a 5-year term for an amount of $15,500 in 2023 and an annual cost of $13,500; AND THAT this contract be funded through the Building Permit Obligatory Reserve Fund.
