THAT the minutes of the November 9th, 2023 meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted, as presented.

THAT the BIA Board send a letter of support to the Bruce Steakhouse for the new backlight signage. AND FURTHER THAT the Board direct the DDM to review the municipal sign by-law and facade guidelines and bring forward potential revisions for consideration at a future meeting.
