That Heritage Kincardine recommend the following in keeping with the heritage designation of the building: The proposed new sign on the building is not approved. It was recommended that a ground mounted sign be installed on the property; The vinyl wrap on the front windows be approved, provided it is tint only, no graphics or signage on the vinyl; That the 911 Street number sign be incorporated into the proposed ground sign, and not be located on the building; and The existing sign be removed from the building, and holes be filled in, to reduce stress to the brick and mortar.
