THAT Amy Rogers be appointed as Secretary - Treasurer for the Committee of Adjustment.

THAT Athina Gatos be appointed as Chair; AND FURTHER THAT Stephen Bowley be appointed as Vice Chair for the Committee of Adjustment. 1.3 Land Acknowledgment Statement The Chair opened the meeting with the Land Acknowledgment Statement. 2. Amendments, Additions or Deletions To/From the Agenda 2.1 Relationship between Minor Variance and Building Permit Inquiry Committee Member Norris asked for an explanation of the process and relationship between a minor variance and building permit. Concern was expressed over the consistency and precedent set by municipal staff in the past. Chair Gatos, suggested that a formal inquiry, request for information be sent to staff to be included on the next agenda to allow staff time to prepare a response. 3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof 4. Adoption of Minutes Resolution # 01/25/2022-3 Moved by: Lou Battaino Seconded by: Stephen Bowley THAT the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of September 30, 2021 be adopted as printed.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve the Minor Variance from Shawn Jorgensen for the property described as CON A PT LOT 59 RP 3R1382; PART 1(Kincardine) (285 Victoria Street) to increase the maximum permitted height for an accessory building/structure from 4.5m to 5.48m.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment meeting now adjourn.
