THAT the minutes of the February 15, 2022, meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted, as presented.

THAT the BIA asks Council to reconsider the Promenade motion, and consider one of the following options: Option 1 - the street closure proceed Saturday at 8:00am to Sunday at 5:00pm, with accommodations for the pipe band parade; Option 2 - the street closure proceed following the pipe band parade, starting Saturday at 9:00pm through to Sunday at 5:00pm Option 3 - the street closure proceed on Sunday only, starting at 8:00am through to 5:00pm
