THAT the minutes of the Tuesday, April 19, 2022 meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted, as presented.

WHEREAS The BIA delegates it's authority to approve applications under By-law No. 2021-069 the On-Street Patio By-law to the Downtown Development Manager on the condition that they were approved by the BIA in previous years, and that any new on-street patio applications or significant modifications be brought back to the Board for review.

Whereas the Municipality of Kincardine would like to establish a Queen Street Reconstruction Working Group to provide guidance on the new streetscape and physical design; AND Whereas the municipality has requested that 2 members from the BIA be appointed to the working group Now THEREFORE BE the BIA boards appoint DDM Jana-Leigh Ibbitson and Darrel Perry to the Queen Street Reconstruction Working Group.
