THAT the Kincardine Business BIA Board of Management move into closed session for the purpose of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Downtown Development Manager recruitment, Recognition Award Development) pursuant to the Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended; AND FURTHER THAT the Kincardine BIA Board of Management return to regular open meeting upon completion
