THAT the minutes of the June 15, 2021 meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted as presented.

THAT the BIA Board request as the Municipality of Kincardine to explore options, including legal, to bring natural gas to the west side of Queen Street (from Harbour Street south to Durham Market South); AND FURTHER that direct action be taken to bring satisfactory resolution to all.

THAT the BIA Board approve the CCRF grant application up to $75,000 through FedDev Ontario to complete parkette development and implementation; AND FURTHER that the BIA Board acknowledges their responsibility for 25% of the total sum applied for and approved through the application; AND FURTHER that Kincardine BIA enter into a lease agreement with landowner Olivia Strucke (Quinn Plaza, 921 Queen Street, Kincardine) for the development of a green space/parkette.
