THAT the Kincardine Cruise Night Committee minutes of the meeting of January 29, 2020 be approved as presented.

THAT the Cruise Night Committee recommend to Council the prioritization of a downtown Kincardine streetscape revitalization project; AND FURTHER that capital funds as requested annually by the Cruise Night Committee be put into a reserve fund for the inclusion of a permanent, all weather outdoor speaker system as an element of the streetscape or as a downtown improvement in its own right, should a suitable solution present itself in the meantime.
