THAT Sharon Chambers, Chief Administrative Officer, be appointed Acting Clerk for the purpose of taking minutes for the special open and closed meetings of December 4, 2020.

THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering labour relations or employee negotiations (Organizational Review), and litigation or potential litigation, including matter before administrative tibunal (litigation) pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.
