That Council move into closed session pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended for the purpose of considering: 1) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or Local Board employees, or potential appointees to a Local Board, Ad-Hoc Committee, or other municipally controlled organization and labour relations or employee negotiations (CAO Recruitment); and Further, that Council return to Regular open meeting upon completion.
