Kincardine BIA

THAT the minutes of the August 18, 2020 meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted as presented.

THAT the Kincardine BIA Board support the closure of Queen Street, from north of Durham Market North through to Lambton Street, weekly, for the recommended time period of June 25 – September 7, 2021; AND FURTHER that any additional details pertaining to the street closure be examined during the fall/winter season as provincial regulations allow.

THAT the Kincardine BIA Board set up a working group to focus on events and marketing in the BIA area. Members will include: Sadie Shewfelt, Tonya Adams, Darrel Perry, Ashley Richards, Rick Clarke, Kelly McDonald.

THAT the Accounts for Payment be accepted as prepared and presented.

THAT the Kincardine BIA Board of Management move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Human Resources matter) pursuant to the Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended ; AND FURTHER THAT the Kincardine BIA Board of Management return to regular open meeting upon completion.

THAT the Kincardine BIA Board amend their monthly meeting schedules to meet at 9:00am going forward from the original start date of 4:00pm.

THAT the Kincardine BIA Board of Management adjourn at 11:35am.
