THAT the Kincardine Community Fund Committee adopt the minutes of February 28, 2022 meeting as presented.

THAT the Committee support a redesign of the logo to incorporate the colours used in the Committee's publications and removing the Tartan colouring; AND FURTHER THAT Staff be directed to provide a new design which meets the requirements of the Community Foundation of Grey Bruce for discussion at a future meeting.
