THAT the Kincardine Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee adopt the minutes of the meeting held May 19, 2022, as presented.

THAT the Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee move into closed session for the purpose of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual (physician recruitment candidate) pursuant to section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; AND FURTHER THAT the Committee return to regular open session upon completion.
