THAT the Kincardine Community Fund Committee adopt the minutes of June 30, 2020 meeting as presented.

THAT the Kincardine Community Fund Committee recommend to Council that the Committee Terms of Reference be amended to change the meeting schedule from monthly to reflect that the Committee shall meet six (6) times annually, or as required.
