THAT the minutes of the C O W meeting held on April 12, 2021 be adopted as printed.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council accept recommendation as set out in report and consider as Matters Arising from Committee of the Whole.

That Council instruct Public Works to monitor the intersection of Gary and Philip Streets to ensure the safety of the public and to identify any traffic flow concerns that can be addressed. And that any issues be brought back to council in a staff report.

THAT C O W recommend Council accept recommendation as set out in report and consider as a Matter Arising from Committee of the Whole at tonight’s meeting.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council support the recommendation of the Accessibility Advisory Committee of April 13, 2021 concerning mitigation of accessibility concerns on the Queen Street Closure.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council direct Staff to proceed with Option 1 to fill the vacant seat of the Mayor. Yes (5) Dave Cuyler, Gerry Glover, Randy Roppel, Bill Stewart, and Dorne Fitzsimmons No (3) Maureen Couture, Laura Haight, and Doug Kennedy

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council proceed tonight with the Appoint a Current Member to Fill a Vacant Position per the Appoint a Current Member to Fill a Vacant Position Procedure. Yes (5) Randy Roppel, Dave Cuyler, Dorne Fitzsimmons, Gerry Glover, and Bill Stewart No (3) Maureen Couture, Laura Haight, and Doug Kennedy

THAT the hour of automatic adjournment be extended to the end of tonight's business.

THAT Committee of the Whole direct Staff to remove the ice at the Tiverton Sports Complex on Tuesday April 20, 2021.
