THAT the Accessibility Advisory Committee adopt the minutes of the meeting held March 8, 2022 as presented.

WHEREAS The Accessibility Advisory Committee delegates it's authority to approve applications under By-law No. 2021-069 the On-Street Patio By-law to the Clerk on the condition that they were approved by the AAC in 2021 and that all FADS and AODA requirements are met in the application; AND FURTHER THAT this delegation be in place until September 1, 2022.
