THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council accept recommendation as set out in report as amended to allow, for the 2020 stream, modifications in use of the approved funds in a different manner than that applied for in the original applications and beyond that set out in the Community Investment Grants Policy GG.3.5 and to authorize the Community Investment Grants Evaluation Team to consider such applications from groups and to render a decision, and consider as a Matter Arising from Committee of the Whole.
