THAT the Kincardine Community Fund Committee adopt the minutes of March 22, 2021 and May 4, 2021 (Special) meetings as presented.

WHEREAS the Kincardine Community Fund adopted their 2021 goals and areas of focus at the meeting on March 22, 2021; AND WHEREAS the areas of focus included a prioritization of Mental Health Awareness/Support and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives; NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED THAT the Kincardine Community Fund Committee recommends Council support an Committee of Council dedicated to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives.
